The Element of WaterTHE VIBE:
Peaceful Water (mizu) is the second most common element to which people naturally connect, and ‘ground.’ The water element is cleansing and refreshing. It is used to heal emotions and soothe the mind. It's vibe is compassionate, peaceful, spiritual, and empathic. Water Ki is used to heal emotions and soothe the heart. Water souls are often psychic, usually very authentic, and almost always quite imaginative. They are also wise and reflective, much like a calm body of water can be. Water Ki asks us to become strong in our own vulnerability. Remember that vulnerability is the root of empathy, love, innovation, creativity, and connection. Connection to our peers, to our loved ones, and to Universal Truth and Love. |
Unbalanced Water people will become indecisive, socially awkward, fearful and even paranoid. In an effort to cope with their very deep emotions, Water people are prone to distract themselves. This, of course, can lead to deeper hurt and further damage as Water people’s issues are often ignored and avoided rather than faced and dealt with.
When Water Ki is out of balance the body will tell you through back pain, kidney and bladder concerns, and knee pains.
To rebalance the Water Ki in y our body, turn to meditation and self-work that allows you and encourages you to be vulnerable.
